There are probably an infinite number of reasons to be grateful. However, if you are starting out with a gratitude journal or trying to meditate on things you should be appreciative of, it can be a lot harder than you think. It’s easy to list a roof over my head, a job, food on the table and so on. You might be able to even use all of your digits! Getting to a hundred is much more daunting.
What about your sunglasses? Flushing toilets? Fridays? Spell check?
