5) Do a Core Dump
I know that sounds pretty wacky, but really, what about organizing that jumble that is in your head? The birthday you forgot, the kid’s school play costumes that need to be created, the bill that’s due – plus 100 other important bits of info, all floating around in your head screaming for attention!
Get a piece of notebook paper, sit down, and for fifteen minutes write down everything you can think of that is in your head.
You will be surprised at all the pieces of information, demands, to do’s and deadlines that will come out. Now that you have them on paper, you won’t forget them, because YOU CAN SEE THEM ON YOUR LIST. If a new one comes up, just add it!
