6) Organize Your Lists
Whether you just did a Core Dump (#5 from the other day) or you have lists in your pocket, on your iphone, in your head, and in your desk drawer, it is time to put them all in one organized place. You can use one note on your computer, or an actual physical notebook, or your I pad, or whatever your are most likely to be able to refer to daily, even hourly, as needed.
Divide your lists into Personal, Kids, Work, Home Projects, Work Projects, Important Dates, Pending and Maybe Someday. Transfer all of the stuff on your variety of lists to the appropriate category. VOILA – you now have a base to add to, cross off from, and generally leave your head free to work on important things!
