1. Take it slow. Don’t look at the big picture, take baby steps. Don’t beat yourself up when you don’t accomplish a task in a certain time frame. Pick yourself back up and continue on your journey.
2. Go green by using eco-friendly products. Use non-toxic and biodegradable products when possible. Chemicals are everywhere, do you ever wonder why you feel tired, stress or your head aches-consider switching to less toxic materials.
3. Recycle when possible to help the environment. Turn off lights when you leave the room, buy energy efficient applications, shut your computer down when not in use. Wash clothes in cold water. Ever notice how stressed and upset you get when your computer runs slow or the light in your office blows out. Not fun.
4. Delegate. Don’t be afraid to delegate. Sure you can complete the task, but why not give it to someone who can find joy in it.
