mindfulness: Sometimes we wander off to a
distracting site without even realizing it, a little like eating the whole bag
of cookies before we know they are gone.
Grab a kitchen timer and set it for ten minutes. When it goes off, ask yourself, what am I doing right now, at this moment?
There are an array of pleasant sounds (meditation bells, nature noises, etc.)
for both phones and computers. Timer
apps are common and very available too.
