It might be impossible to not think of work after falling in
bed at night. However, if your office is organized, your thoughts are more
likely to be a review of tomorrow rather than agonizing over what you didn’t
get done, forgot to do or simply lost. If you do think of something to add to
your to-do list, grab your phone and email a reminder to yourself so you can
let it go and get to sleep for a more productive day tomorrow.
