My secret to sleeping better is to leave my work with a clean desk. No matter if you work at an office or from home, you will sleep a lot better with a clean desk. Being organized means knowing what needs doing and what is the priority. Without organization, you’ll be shuffling through your desk tomorrow trying to decide what fires to put out. That means at night you are mulling over in your head all you need to do.
Get in the practice of leaving your projects put away and a to-do list on your desk. Then you can walk away with a clear mind.
