Not everyone needs the same tools. For one thing, tools help
you strengthen weak areas. For example, if organization is a struggle for you,
then you’ll want tools that help you be more organized. If you tend to get off
track a lot, then you’ll want a tool to help you focus.
Pick and choose ones that might match the skill set you most need to improve.
Change is necessary but not necessarily easy. Therefore, don’t ever try to
change everything at once. Only change one thing at a time so that you don’t
get overwhelmed and go back to your old ways too quickly. The same with trying
productivity tools. Pick one that suits you and give enough time to learning to
use it and working it into your routine before picking up another one to try.
Until next time …
