How do I feel about my progress toward
my goals and why?
Quantification is a good thing.
Yet much of why you do or do not reach goals is about you. It has to do with real and perceived obstacles,
self-motivation, self-respect, wellbeing, fears (of both failure and success),
aversion to change, and desire to grow.
By experiencing your feelings about how you are doing so far this year,
you are giving yourself a chance to reflect, sort out what is real and what is
self-created, which then gives you the clarity to see just what you can do
