But it really is easier to work smarter.
Routine is one of the things that may get in the way of working smarter. In order to come up with a new, smarter and more efficient way of doing things, we have to be willing to let go of the way we currently do things.
Ah, but that is just so much trouble. It might require reorganizing your desk or your work flow. It might mean getting new software, renaming files, outsourcing something or starting over on something. It’s just all too much, right?
